Booking Information
Welcome to OnFlxxkBeauty! To ensure your experience is seamless and luxurious, please take a moment to read through the following information. This helps us deliver flawless results and ensures your appointment is tailored specifically to you.

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable £10 booking fee is required. The remaining balance should be paid in cash at your appointment.
For Wig Customisation or Revamp Only services, the remaining balance is to be settled before your wig is sent via bank transfer. You will receive a photo of your wig to ensure you are completely happy with the result before it’s dispatched.
Once your booking is confirmed and the booking fee has been received, a confirmation email will be sent with all the details you’ll need for your appointment.

To ensure your appointment runs smoothly and without delays, please follow these guidelines carefully:
Drop-Off Timing: Hair must be dropped off at least 5 full days prior to your appointment to allow sufficient time for preparation.
If hair is dropped off 3 days prior, a £10 late fee will be issued.
Hair cannot be accepted later than 3 days before your appointment. Any late drop-off will result in appointment cancellation. This applies to all services, including Customisation and Revamp Only services.
Dropping Off Hair: After receiving your confirmation email, please send a text with a screenshot of your booking confirmation to arrange a drop-off date and time.
Services Without Installation: When booking, please select the date you wish to receive your wig back. After your confirmation email, send a DM to @onflxxkbeauty on Instagram with your name, address, and a screenshot of your appointment to complete the arrangement.
Following these steps ensures your service is completed seamlessly.

Important Client Guidelines:
Please ensure your wig fits by trying it on before dropping it off to avoid the risk of appointment cancellation.
DO NOT accept:
Grey, white, green, or black lace
Thick lace
Big knots
Tangled or matted hair
Ripped lace
Dense frontals or closures
We are unable to do base cornrows on extremely short hair, and do not use extensions for cornrow services.

To ensure a flawless experience, please arrive at your appointment exactly as outlined for your service:
Hair Services: Hair must be clean, dry, and free from products (oil, conditioner, or heavy styling products). This ensures your look lasts and the installation is seamless.
Sew-Ins & Ponytails: Hair must be clean and detangled. Braiding pattern preparation may be requested in advance for certain styles.
Ponytails:
This service includes all hair products, except bundles & frontals. Please provide your own bundles and frontals, as they are not supplied.
Hair must contain NO GREASE OR OILS, including leave-in conditioners. If hair contains grease or oils, your appointment will be cancelled.
To achieve your desired sleek style, hair may need to be straightened. If you are not comfortable with this process, please consider alternative services.
2-in-1 Hair & Makeup Packages: Please arrive with a clean face, dry hair, and eyebrows trimmed and shaped. No unkempt eyebrows - this allows the full experience without compromise.
Arriving prepared allows us to deliver flawless, long-lasting results and ensures your appointment stays on schedule. Late arrivals may affect your service or result in rescheduling.

Please ensure you arrive to your appointment on time. Late arrivals disrupt the schedule and may affect the quality of your service.
Late Fees:
10 minutes late: £10
20 minutes late: £20
30 minutes late: Appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.
We kindly ask that you plan your time accordingly to avoid any inconvenience. Arriving on time ensures you receive the full experience you booked.

We understand that plans can change, but due to high demand, we require notice for any changes to your appointment.
Cancellationsmust be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling must also be requested at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking fee.
Rescheduling can only be done within the same month for your booking fee to remain valid. If you wish to book for another month, a new booking fee will be required.
Providing adequate notice allows us to offer your slot to another client and helps maintain the premium service experience you expect from OnFlxxkBeauty.

To ensure your look remains flawless and long lasting, proper aftercare is essential.
Wig Services & Sew-Ins: Keep hair clean, moisturised, and protected. Avoid excessive heat or heavy styling products that may compromise the finish.
Ponytails : Gently handle the hair to maintain the sleek, polished look.
2-in-1 Hair & Makeup Packages: Follow recommended skincare and hair maintenance tips to preserve the makeup and style. Remove makeup carefully at the end of the day and avoid harsh cleansers that may affect your skin.
Nighttime Care: Wear a silk bonnet to protect your hair while you sleep. For additional hold and protection, use a melt band and a strip of barber wrap at night.
Following these guidelines ensures that your OnFlxxkBeauty experience lasts as long as possible, leaving you looking and feeling effortlessly elevated every day.

Clients are entitled to a 48-hour period following their appointment to raise any concerns regarding the service provided.
Any complaints must be accompanied by relevant evidence (e.g., photos) to enable a thorough review and appropriate resolution.
Onflxxkbeauty does not provide full refunds. In certain cases, partial refunds or complimentary corrective services may be offered at the discretion of OnFlxxkBeauty.
OnFlxxkBeauty accepts no liability for services or results beyond the 48-hour period.
By booking a service, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms regarding feedback, resolution, and liability limitations.
This policy ensures clear expectations, fairness, and protection for both clients and OnFlxxkBeauty, while maintaining the high standards of service and professionalism.
